Hand Drawing Exercises

I’ve been getting a ton of views on this blog because of Halloween, and look! And old post called Halloween Costume Prep: Dressing up as Joel and Clementine from “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” got more than 2,000 views on Wednesday, holy cow. Thanks everyone for checking in!

What the what?

I recently came out of midterm season and had launched myself into some artsy pursuits — checking to see if I have any creative juices left.

Did a little painting of the famous silent film comic Buster Keaton. I’m not looking to finish it as a whole piece. It’s just nice to slap and swirl paint onto a canvas without needing to reach an end goal.

And then some drawing exercises of my left hand.

NOTE: I know they’re just doodles and don’t seem like they have much artistic value. But please don’t be that jerk who’d use someone’s art without permission, okay?
